The nearest major airport is the Little Rock National Airport, which is located about 4 miles from the base. Another major airport is the Hot Springs Memorial Field Airport which services domestic flights and is located about 49 miles from Little Rock Air Force Base.

Taxi service is available at the airport. If arriving by car, take the Loop 440 North toward Jacksonville to Highway 67/167 North to Jacksonville. Then take Exit #11 and turn left, driving about 2 miles to the main gate of Little Rock Air Force Base.
